Starlet is an easy drinking gose that has been infused with root ginger and pink peppercorns and conditioned on farm-pressed pear juice from Kent. The pink peppercorns add extra spiciness to the warming, earthy character from the ginger, whilst the pear juice adds a restrained fruitier note and keeps the beer beautifully light and easy drinking.
