Shipping policy

Delivery Information

We aim to process and dispatch all orders as quickly as possible. Orders are typically processed within 1–2 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

Shipping Charges

  • Minimum Order: £20 (we’re unable to ship orders below this value due to shipping costs)

  • Standard UK Delivery (Nationwide): £5.99

  • Free Shipping: On orders over £60

Local Delivery

We offer a reduced shipping rate of £3.99 to the following local postcodes:

RG1, RG2, RG4, RG5, RG6, RG10, RG30, RG31, RG40, RG41, RG45 

Delivery Methods

We will deliver to the above local postcodes ourselves. 

All remaining shipments are sent via a tracked delivery service using Royal Mail or ParcelForce.

Order collection

Web orders can be collected form our brewery in Twyford at the following times only

Friday: 16:00–18:00 / Saturday: 12:00–14:00
