Nocturne has been aged on whole British damsons, allowing the fruit to slowly impart its vibrant colour and rich character. Layers of tart plum, black cherry and hedgerow berries are complemented by subtle tannins from the damson skins and sweeter notes of almond frangipane and cola cubes. The result is a beautifully structured beer with bold acidity and deep fruity complexity.
