Archer is an apple and rhubarb sour fermented on carefully selected farm-pressed apple juice. In this batch we're showcasing a juice from Heron Valley Farm in Devon, made from up to ten varieties of apple, including Cox, Rubens, Jonagold and several heritage varieties. The juice adds a sweet, appley crispness to the beer – a perfect match for the natural tartness of the rhubarb.
