Mirage is a dark sour that uses roasted and crystal malts in the mash for a darker colour and notes of burnt sugar and sun-dried raisins. Ageing on second-use grape skins and elderberries gives this beer a rich dark fruit character, full of ripe plum flavours and a wine-like depth akin to an oaky sherry. Complex and intriguing, Mirage is a beer to savour and enjoy.
