ENCORE | DARK SOUR AGED ON DAMSONS
Encore is a dark sour that has been aged on second-use damsons that were still full of rich plum character. Expect fruity notes of black cherry, hedgerow berries and stewed apricot upfront, giving way to roasty and caramelised flavours on the finish from the use of darker malts in the mash. The result is a beautifully structured beer with bold acidity and deep fruity complexity.
