Starburst is a refreshing gose infused with root ginger and aromatic cardamom. The ginger adds gentle warmth and spice, while the cardamom brings soft floral notes and a hint of citrus. Post-fermentation Starburst was conditioned on tangy apricots and apple juice, adding a restrained fruitier note whilst keeping the beer light and easy drinking.
