Shamefully, I haven’t written a blog post in 4 years. Back in 2021, when I offered a summary of our first year, I had fully intended my next blog post to be detailing exciting news of expansion. Well, that’s still work in progress unfortunately, the garage set-up remains (for now)… and the blog post with BIG NEWS of expansion is still waiting for its moment..
That said, we have done lots of cool things… and I am going to provide a summary of that in due course (including some news… finally… on a new unit). But I was recently invited onto Radio Berkshire to talk about Dolphin brewery with Alex Grundon, where we sampled Rocketeer, Aria and Twilight live on air. Here’s the recording if you fancy a listen;
