Megastar was brewed for The (Virtual) Independent Salford Beer Festival and inspired by two of our most popular previous releases; Juggler and Superstar. We co-pitched our in-house bacteria culture with our favourite yeast strain to create a base beer full of fruity esters and a wonderfully clean sourness. Additions of fresh raspberries and fleur de sal accentuate the sharpness, whilst ginger and coriander seeds provide a warming, earthy undertone.

Dancer is a quaffable porter infused with wonderfully ripe local figs from the garden of local morrisman and beer aficionado – Tim Lloyd. Before adding to the fermenter we roasted the figs in order to create caramelisation.
